Report a Sexual Misconduct Concern

What happens when you report a concern

When a concern is reported, the report is received by the Title IX Coordinator. The Title IX Coordinator reviews the report and schedules a meeting with the complainant. The purpose of the initial meeting is to provide resources and discuss possible next steps for the complainant. The respondent is not notified of a report unless the complainant files a formal complaint.

When submitting a report, please provide as much information as possible. You are asked to provide your name, incident information, incident location, and a date of the incident. Any details you are able to provide helps the team process your report more quickly. Even if you do not have complete details, you are encouraged to submit an incident report with the information you do have, and the Title IX Coordinator will work to uncover additional information that might be needed.

Start now: you will be taken to the public incident report form; select sexual misconduct as a reporting option
